Cooking
Ingredients:
1/2 cup green onion, sliced*
1/2 cup celery, diagonally sliced
2 cups pork roast, diced
2 tablespoons oil
3 cups cooked rice, cold
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Procedures:
1. Cook scramble egg and move on the side.
2. Cook onions, celery, and pork in oil until vegetables are tender
crisp.
3. Add rice. Combine black pepper, salt, scramble egg and soy sauce.
4. Stir into rice mixture. Cook, stirring 5 minutes or until well
heated.
